It’s our 1st FFF of the year, and damn do I have a good one to start things off right.
This is Courtney, and she’s from another dimension. That face is bananas! Welcome to the fam, Court! <3 Photogenics
It’s the end of the year, and we’re celebrating tonight with the launch of our very first Art Book and the grand opening of our new space. Each release is another milestone that marks the journey of Photogenics…where we came from, where we are now, and the endless possibilities to come. The way we see it, the sky’s the limit. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to what we feel is what makes us who we are. These creative projects are nothing without you. Much love from all of us at Photogenics.
Meet Ally + Miles. Both of these babes just recently made LA their home, and I thought it best to give them a nice Babe Alert welcome. Ally stokes out on Farmer’s Markets, local organic produce, yoga, and all that good stuff really everyone should be into, and Miles is from Seattle, plays drums in a band called Shotty, and is out here pursuing music. Welcome to LA!!!
Wildfox Couture always slays me with their look books. Sometimes fashion is so serious, and it’s so nice to see a company having actual honest-to-goodness fun with their branding. The Wildfox Couture Resort ’13-’14 look book most adorably named “ANGELS OFF DUTY,” is a cheeky throwback to the iconic TV show Charlie’s Angels full of 1970′s zeitgeist and feathered hair that would make Farrah Faucet proud. Also, it’s starring 3 Photogenics lovelies: Amanda Smith, Avery Tharp, and Dioni Tabbers. BABES<3
SOME OF OUR GIRLS IN THE SHOWS…killing the runways of NY Fashion Week SS ’14
We pride ourselves on recognizing, appreciating, and utilizing the quirky things that make our models stand out in a market where the simply “pretty” girls get lost in the shuffle. In this recent NY TIMES article, “For Fashion Models, Quirk is In” the quirky girl is the one to beat by current industry standards according to some pretty legit players: top designers, scouts, casting directors, and the like.
The quirky girl is kind of our bag, and to see that 3 of our girls are mentioned in this article just sort of puts some proverbial hot pink icing on our cake. To Chloe Norgaard, Avery Tharp, and Kelly Mittendorf…you GO girls. We love you for doing you…It’s clearly working like CRAZY in your favor. -M-
